OUR PEOPLE

As well as direct, dynamic management, SAS draws its strength from its Security Officers, men and women who are a cut above the competition for a number of reasons.
  1. Screening is carried out to ensure objective impartiality
  2. References are taken up covering a period of 5 years.
  3. Selection is made on the basis of the client’s needs.Far froma one-size-fits-all approach adopted by ordinary securitycompanies, we look in detail at your organization’s profile and the specific demands made by the environment in which you operate.

Taking the long term view

We see security as a lasting career opportunity for our people, a
philosophy we encourage in the care we take to train them.

Far from attracting stop-gap jobbers, our practice is to recruitthose looking further ahead. We open doors to new opportunities and challenges, and we reward commitment and initiative.

Reap what we sow

The rewards can be measured in a number of ways:

  • For the individual, it amounts to a better package, in terms
of pay, pensions, prospects and promotion.
  • For our clients, it means reassurance and consistency of service, professionalism and peace of mind. Plus the benefits of building a solid team around you.

We train in-house

Thanks to careful selection, many of our security staff already brings a wealth of experience with them. But we leave nothing to chance.

Every member of the SAS team – management included – undergoes customized training to match the demands that will be made of them.

We adhere to training Code of Practice, standards which we regard as a minimum. As well, our stepped, co-ordinated programme seeks to build on the broad-based learning we foster with Site-Specific and Continuation Training. Our courses range from First Aid to Crisis Management, Close Surveillance to Remote Electronic Monitoring.
